REGISTRATION OPEN FOR THIS YEAR’S VBS
"Outrigger Island! Living God's Unshakable Truth"
Register online for VBS which will be held August 18-22 from 8:30 to 12:45. You can also download a hard copy of the registration form or pick one up from the back table in the Sanctuary. Memorial Baptist Church’s VBS 2008 will take participants to Outrigger Island where they will learn to know, speak, and live God’s truth. Based on Psalm 86:11 - "Teach me Your way, Lord, and I will live by Your truth" - this tropical adventure will help participants develop the stability they need to become unshakeable in a world of shifting sands. We'll have worship, Bible Study, missions, crafts, recreation, snacks and more! Come grab your boogie board, and catch an Island wave, as we dive into God's Word! Registration is still open for limited classes.

Excel in Gracious Giving
Over the next few weeks and months we'll be spending alot of time talking about God's calling for our church to truly be a church for all people. We will be spending this time looking at our physical structures and our interpersonal structures and seeking what God's will is for us to be truly an accessable church for all people regardless of ability, disability or handicap. Excel in Gracious Giving is a capital campaign designed to raise the needed funds to provide access throughout our building to our family and friends who find stairs difficult or impassible by installing an elevator, renovating many of our worship spaces, building a playground, making the parkinglot more easily traversable, and making other needed improvements in our communications and family ministries. Please be in prayer as to how God would have you live sacrificially as we give toward the betterment of our church.
